Bonjour!
This week, students have been working on activities and vocabulary words related to Christmas.
Grade 1 and 2:
- Students sang the song "Quand le Père Noël" and filled out lyrics sheet. Please check out the following link for the song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ynt7aO8CuGw
- Cut and paste activity of dressing up Santa and putting in order of what comes first
- A letter to Santa describing whether they were good this year and write two gifts they wanted Santa to bring
- Practise writing the four seasons
- Exercise on coloring pictures that relate to the winter season
- Cut and paste Christmas vocabulary words to match with the corresponding pictures
- Christmas cut and paste activity and putting in order of which event comes first
- Students learn to circle words that match with the Christmas words and pictures shown
- Students come up individually to the front of class to place Christmas words under the correct column that shows the word and picture
- Color by number activity of SAPIN (Christmas tree)
