Today, the PYP classes played a name game to start off the class. We tossed the stuffed animal (turtle) around to get to know each other's names in the classroom. We learned how to introduce ourselves and ask for others' names (e.g. Je m'appelle______. Comment t'appelles-tu?) We also went over classroom rules to ensure that students understand what the appropriate behaviors are in the classroom. Another fun activity we did was making handprints and drawing/writing about the things we like. This was an opportunity for us to get to know each other better.
