Bonjour!

Below is a summary of what we did this past week in PYP French.

JK:

• We continue to practice our numbers (1-20).
• We played number Bingo and "dix" but counting to 20.
• We filled in missing numbers as a whole class activity. Then, we worked on a cut and paste number activity filling in missing numbers from 1-20.

SK:

• We talked about community helpers and what tools they use.
• We learned more about community helpers by reading about them (Mlle. Jessica read some books to us about different community helpers).
• We worked on a worksheet where we copied the names of each profession under the corresponding picture of the tools they use.

Grade 1:

• We reviewed winter sports/activities: we worked on a worksheet and cut and paste activity where we had to match the pictures to the corresponding phrases.
• We wrote in our journal what our favourite winter activity is. 
• We started to learn about inventions and inventors.
