- We talked about road safety: we sang a song about traffic lights (Les Feux de Circulation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=80YXol45Y2g) and played a fun game similar to freeze dance that involves the three lights.
- Le feu rouge - Arrêtez! (Red light means "Stop"!)
- Le feu jaune - Ralentissez! (Yellow light means "Slow down!")
- Le feu vert - Avancez! (Green light means "Go!")
- This week, we started learning about animals, specifically those that are found in our home ("les animaux domestiques" or "pets").
SK:
- We created a feelings class chart. We stuck our name under the feeling we are experiencing that day.
- We sang a feelings song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jvB6ZAlorug. Students loved this song!
- Mlle. Jessica read to us each day a different book about emotions, then we answered some questions about the stories.

Grade 1:
- We reviewed primary and secondary colours and completed a worksheet.
- We also talked about warm colors "les couleurs chaudes" and cool colors "les couleurs froides" and worked on a worksheet.
